Every tier has the same features, and everyone in the company can use it. The tiers differ in how many people can use it at the same time.
Standard
For smaller teams, where one or two people use it at the same time.

The price covers the machine, its set-up and delivery, the connections to your email and software, the model, monitoring, backup, security and support. There is no charge per person, no set-up fee and no second invoice. Year two costs the same as year one. Prices exclude VAT.
Contract, set-up and support
- Do we buy any hardware?
- No. The machine comes with the service, and when you move up a tier we swap it.
- Do we need an IT person?
- No. You plug the machine in, and we set it up remotely. After that we maintain it, including updates, monitoring, backups and repairs.
- Is our data used to train the AI?
- No. Your documents and conversations are never used to train any AI model, by us or by anyone else.
- How do people sign in?
- With the work account they already have, such as Microsoft or Google, through single sign-on. MURO then works with that person's permissions, so it reads only what they can already open, in your documents and in every connected piece of software.
- What if more people use it at once than our tier allows?
- Nobody is turned away. Questions wait their turn, so answers take longer. Questions about long documents use more of the machine, so the number of people is a guide rather than a hard limit. If waiting becomes common, moving up a tier gives you more room.
- What does moving up cost?
- The difference between the two tiers, from the day we swap the machine.
- How long is the contract?
- The minimum term is one year.
- What happens if we stop?
- The machine is wiped and sent back to us.
- How long does set-up take?
- A couple of days to ship the machine to your office. You plug it in, and we configure it remotely in a few hours.
